Billing questions
- Do I need a card to plan a trip? No. The planner works in any browser with no account at all.
- What happens after the free trial? The trial is 7 days on monthly and 14 days on yearly. Pro renews at the price you picked until you cancel. Cancel any time from Manage subscription.
- How do I get a refund? Email support@ezrv.app within 30 days of the charge. No form, no reason required.
- Who am I paying? EZRV Travel Co., a one-family software shop in Texas. Payments are processed by Stripe. Meet the founder →
